The great pig pick up phase two happened yesterday. I high tailed it out of work to drive over the hills and through the rain an hour to the butcher’s shop. I was picking up our latest pigs. Ya, ya, ya…if you are a Vegan or a Vegetarian or a ‘I cannot believe you are going to eat those pigs-atarian’, then it might be better, if you do not read this post. For the rest of you…it is beginning to smell a lot like bacon!
…and pork chops! The Christmas ham is all picked out….and all I can say is…
‘yummy’!
My bacon boys are pretty darn excited! (I just love these two…so I put this picture in!)
Words I never thought I’d ever say…
